Large Corporate Hangars Available
These two hangars totaling 10,500 sq. feet are connected by a common wall and a man door. There are two offices, a smaller office with restroom built into the East hangar (NW corner) and the main office complex in an add-on/lean-to. The main office area totals 642 sq. feet and includes a lounge area with sink and counter tops, restroom with standing shower, and a private office. All office and lounge space is fully temperature controlled. Both hangars are heated by natural gas radiant ceiling tube heaters and are well insulated. AES can supply phone, cable television and high speed internet and the building has a fire and burglar protection system installed. Well water and a sewer connection with hose hookups and floor drains in both hangars round out the utilities to the complex.
The West hangar is 80X70. We recently had a Citation XL and King Air 90 fitting nicely with room to spare. The hangar door is an electric bi-fold door that can also be controlled by remote. It also includes a garage style door that leads directly to the main parking lot. This hangar was constructed in 2008 and is in new condition. The East hangar is 70X70. It also includes an electric bi-fold door with manual locks and its own garage style door to the main parking lot. This hangar was constructed in 1996 and has been very well maintained.
There are two private and secure parking lots surrounded by fencing and two electric gates, one of which leads to the ramp area for easy access.
